Alessandro Gogna and Marco Milani are the creators of the K3 Photo Agency. The services are based on the quality and on the quantity of the subjects we have photographed. Today, K3 Photo Agency’s archive is the most extensive in the field of geography, and is acknowledged as the most complete as far as the mountains are concerned.

An alpinist of international fame, Alessandro Gogna has to his credit at least 150 first ascents in the Alps and in other mountain ranges, not to mention 3 expeditions in the Himalayas and the Karakorum Range (Annapurna, Lhotse and K2). Alpine Guide and tour leader of 15 trekking trips in Asia and Africa, he has been editing publications on the mountains since 1982. He publishes the world of the mountains on all levels, with special reference to the history of mountaineering, geography and how man should commune with nature. Translator and editor of mountain books, he is also a widely acknowledged lecturer. The professional photographer Marco Milani has moved his pictures to the personal website www.marcomilani.com
